The beautiful Wilhelminian-style building from the turn of the century consists of a front building, side wing and rear building, which are grouped around a beautifully landscaped inner courtyard. The façades are simple and were last renovated in 2014. The entrance and staircase are decorated with opulent stucco from Berlin’s Wilhelminian era. The original doors and historic details of the staircase are well preserved. On the street side, the apartments still have double-glazed windows.
Between 2012 and 2014, the building underwent extensive modernization: among other things, the building’s electrical system and the fresh water and sewage pipes were renewed. A gas central heating system was installed and the stairwells and basement areas were renovated.
