In order to ensure the fastest possible processing of your real estate purchase, the draft of the notarized purchase contract must be commissioned at the time of reservation. Please note that this may incur additional costs.

The notary fees for the draft are based on the transaction value (No. 24100 KV GNotKG) and are incurred regardless of whether a purchase agreement is concluded.

Reservation conditions

Please confirm that you have read and agree to the following reservation conditions:

The reservation is valid for 4 weeks from receipt of the reservation confirmation and is no longer valid after expiry.
The duration of the reservation cannot be extended by making a new reservation for the same property.
Once the reservation has been made, the draft of the notarized purchase contract is commissioned immediately.
If a reservation has already been made for the property, it is only possible to make a subsequent reservation, which will be assigned the next rank.
Until the notarized purchase contract is signed, the seller is free to withdraw from the reservation.
