Cosmo 20

Cosmo 20″ is a home away from home for globetrotters. The classic old Berlin building at Griebenowstraße 20 has been reinterpreted with an international concept. An oversized world map with LED spotlights illuminates the entrance area. The walls, designed with newspaper cuttings from all over the world, were given their unique look using a special paint process.

Whether front building, side wing or the cozy coach house with terrace in the backyard – “Cosmo 20” offered a wide range of living options. Residents were able to determine the style of each apartment individually. The world is at home in Berlin – and you are right in the middle of it.

Griebenowstraße is located directly on Zionskirchplatz in a quiet area surrounded by the lively Torstraße and Schönhauser Allee. The neighborhood in Griebenowstraße couldn’t be more colorful: Design-oriented architects, funky advertising agencies, international flair with the “Soho House” and a whole lot of history. Numerous parks in the area invite you to stroll, jog and linger. Monbijoupark, a green area directly on the Spree with a view of Museum Island, is particularly beautiful.
