Stargarder Street 23

The beautiful corner building from the beginning of the 20th century has a first floor and four upper floors, as well as a converted attic. The building has a full basement and is heated by a gas-fired central heating system. All trades in the building were renewed in the course of the general refurbishment from 2001 to 2003. The refurbishment was carried out as part of a funding agreement with Investitionsbank Berlin, which expired at the beginning of 2023.

The building is in a well-kept condition. The street façade is due for renovation, which has already been financed by a special levy.
