Danziger Strasse

The apartment building from 1910 consists of a front building, side wing and rear building with a total of 32 residential units, all of which were modernized and refurbished in the course of the complete renovation of the building in 2001. The top floor has already been converted into apartments, but an elevator has not been added. The property is connected to the district heating network and thus provides central heating and hot water. The well-kept stairwells still have a character typical of old buildings.
