Completed in 1924, the group of apartment buildings consists of three staircases, each with an exit to the spacious green area at the rear of the buildings. The well-kept and attractively designed stairwells offer two apartments per floor on a total of five full storeys. As the property is a listed building, the original structure was preserved as far as possible during the refurbishment. For example, the buildings still have the apartment entrance doors from the period of construction and most of the historic windows. The clearly structured façade on the street side is well maintained and offers spacious loggias for the individual apartments. In terms of its appearance, it corresponds to the “New Objectivity” style of the 1920s, which widely characterized modernist architecture.
