Luv & Lee – Your new home port

Each of the two houses we present here has its own unique charm. What they have in common is a shared inner courtyard where the residents meet, with freshly planted flowerbeds and a lush green lawn.

The newer building is called “Luv”. It is modern, flooded with light and has a special feature: On the sixth floor there are 19 hobby rooms, 17 of which have a terrace. 20 apartments are available in the building from the early nineties. They have two to four rooms and are each between 52 and 100 square meters in size. “Lee”, the old building, is a real classic. It was built around 1905, has double casement windows and a decorative façade. It contains ten apartments with 2.5 to 3.5 rooms and a size of 59 to 86 square meters.

Planned measures Lee:

The façade of the old “Lee” building welcomes you in radiant light gray and elegant white. Outside, there is a large brass sign with the building’s logo. Step inside: The door opens as a generous sash made of solid wood and is decorated with ornaments and small glass windows. You enter through a prestigious entrance area with freshly refurbished terrazzo flooring. Pictures hang on the white walls in the stairwell. Details such as a brass doorbell panel, elegant ceiling lights, a dark wood banister with turned filler rods and carved figures as well as solid wood apartment doors with ornaments and glass elements add a lot of charm to the house. A new coconut runner cushions the steps on the stairs, stylish brass rods hold it in place. All the windows facing the courtyard are brand new. Each apartment is beautifully laid out and almost all have a balcony, the underside of which is decorated to match the appearance of the house. One of the first floor apartments even boasts a newly laid terrace. You decide what you want to do with your new apartment. We will hand it over to you as it is.
