Quadra

This building, built between 1897 and 1898 by Max Gosebruch, is an architectural witness to the rise of Berlin as a city of millions. With its clinker brick façade and richly decorated, plastered elements as well as the bosses in the plinth area, the building stands out from the street.

Inside the building, classic old building originals can still be found today: impressive apartment doors, turned staircase ends, glass art and murals tell the story of the building and give it a unique charm.

At the time of sale, the loft was in an unfinished state. The conversion is the responsibility of the new owner.

The building is a listed building and is located in a conservation area.
