Schlegelhöfe

The Schlegelhöfe consist of three houses, named after the first names of the Schlegel brothers: the front house “August”, the transverse building with side wing “Wilhelm” and the rear house “Friedrich”. The history of Romanticism is reflected in the lettering on the façade and walls. Quotes and biographical excerpts adorn the entrance area. Step inside – into a piece of original Berlin.

The Schlegelhöfe offer 44 residential units as well as a green oasis in the rear courtyard. The apartments were designed in various layouts, from compact apartments for students to spacious living spaces for families.

Schlegelstraße is surrounded by Invalidenstraße, Torstraße and Chausseestraße, which becomes Friedrichsstraße – one of the city’s main boulevards. You can slurp oysters in the Galeries Lafayette or feast on a juicy schnitzel with star chef Sarah Wiener – everything is within walking distance. The area around Rosenthaler Platz and Oranienburger Straße offers a wide range of culture and entertainment. Trendy cafés and exclusive fashion stores line the streets in the area.
